  In December 2014, our mother passed away leaving us her house. In the past we had wonderful experiences with the Coldwell Banker and USAA Military advantage program and we immediately went to the Coldwell Banker asking for their best Realtor. Lynn Gauthier was recommended. From the first meeting she was professional and provided us with excellent advice. Once the house was on the market, we had numerous offers within two weeks. She provided hands-on service and helped us with contractors since we were out of the area. The house closed today. We cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area!

  Renter beware. Last year June 2016, we rented a property through Century 21 property rentals. At the moment we were still stationed in Hawaii. We wanted to make sure we had a place for our furniture to arrive at since it can take up to two months to receive HHG from Hawaii, which is why we signed an early lease. We arrived August 6, 2016, making it the first day we lived at 4433 Turnberry Pl. in Bluewater Bay. Eight days later we receive a $1200 water bill, followed by a visit from the county of okaloosa flagging us for water waste. We contacted Century21 and told them about the bill. Long story short since we signed a lease that states the water bill is ours. We explained - which of course they knew - that no one lived here. They said legally we have to pay the bill. Our new neighbors informed us that they let the grass die, came into the house - which is illegal if you don't inform the tenants, which they didn't -, and turned on the irrigation to run all day; 227,000 gallons to be exact. We continue to ask to review the matter because no one lived here, finally we were informed that the owner is a lawyer and unfortunately MILITARY TOO. A nice way of telling us to back off. My husband is in training and didn't want to make waves so he said for now let's just let it go. And so we did for the time being. At one point the owner visited and said he would resolve the matter. We have moved, received our security deposit, BUT NO REFUND on the BILL. If you are military there are many other companies to choose from, stay away from this one. Ruby

  No compassion. All business. I'm not saying you can't make a living, but it took literally 2 minutes before I was offered a pricing menu. Obviously you don't "shop" these things, but my experience here was almost humiliating.
