- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have been trying to get repairs made to house for 8 months. Had to withold rent to get some repairs done. 2 days later I get an eviction notice because Howell Phelps is scared of my dog. Didn't give 12 hour notice to enter property so I had time to remove my dog temporarily. Shows up as my daughter was getting out of the shower and I'm not even home. Very unprofessional on handling the situation. I would not recommend anybody renting a trailer from them.By Jason McLean, October 20, 2017
